How to use this practice test

  1. Sit each section with the timer on, in one go, without notes.
  2. Submit to see how many you got right and which topics cost you marks.
  3. Read the worked solution for every question you missed — and for any you got right by guessing.
  4. Redo the missed questions a few days later without looking at the solutions.
  5. Finish with all sections back to back to practise your stamina and pacing.

How the real UCAT is scored

In the real UCAT, Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making and Quantitative Reasoning are each scored from 300 to 900 (900–2700 in total) and Situational Judgement is reported in Bands 1–4, with no negative marking. This practice test shows how many you got right; it does not convert that to the official scales.

Format checked on UCAT: Test format on 1 October 2026. Always confirm dates and rules with UCAT Consortium before you book.
