- Days are calendar-day differences at UTC day boundaries.
- Full weeks are floor(days divided by seven); extra days are the remainder.
- Generic checkpoints appear at 28, 14, 7, and 1 day when they are still ahead.
- Checkpoints are generic planning reminders and do not know your exam registration or readiness.
